Matheus Leisnoch is the main creator of BrainBridge – Creativity in Human Development.
The consultancy project is practically a natural consequence of the encounter between his entrepreneurial spirit, his sharp perception and his vast experience of more than 30 years dedicated to various branches of the arts.
Before founding BrainBridge, in a long process of maturation, he worked as an Associate Consultant in several companies already established in the market.
Compulsive curiosity, researches Neuroscience, Psychology, Pedagogy, Andragogy, CAV, Complex Thought, among other topics. His main focus is studies on the benefits of arts and physical activities in the development of the “Integral Human Being”. Within his context as a consultant, he applies his research to team development.
He has extensive experience in the field of Performing Arts, Ballroom Dancing, Body Expression, Circus Arts and Postural Reeducation.

Keila Redondo

Keila Redondo has been researching the jewelry and costume jewelry industry for over twenty years. She was responsible for implementing the Jewelry and Gemstones Technological Information Center and the Jewelry and Costume Jewelry Design Center of the Brazilian Institute of Gems and Precious Metals – IBGM, where she worked as Communications, Marketing and Events Manager, including FENINJER – National Jewelry, Watch and Related Industry Fair. With BrainBridge - Creativity in Human Development , she developed the training show Crônica de Uma Joia Anunciada. She was a contributor to the portal www.infojoia.com.br, and to the magazines BR&J, Joia & Cia, Brilho Fashion, F. Magazine and Joias & Design. At the same time, she developed a career as an actress and theater director, her passion and tool for developing promotional actions and people development. Created and teaches the dynamics of Sales Through Theater Games and Integration between jewelry sales teams.
Shirley Almeida

Marketing professional, but who has also worked as an actress (Clown) and ballroom dance teacher. She is constantly involved in the world of arts in general. With such close proximity to the area of human development, she has studied several specialties in the field of integrative therapies, such as Reiki and Auriculotherapy. She also has training in Art Therapy.
He works primarily in the “Backstage” of BrainBridge - Creativity in Human Development, being responsible for the administrative and financial area.

Adriana Azenha

Actress, theater director and physical trainer. Founder of Azenha de Teatro. She taught classes at Escola Recriarte, Teatro Escola Macunaíma, Incenna – School of Theater and Television, SESC units and State Cultural Workshops. She attended the Study and Research Group on Gesture, Expression and Education at FEUSP and participated as a physical trainer at the Laboratory of Theater Research - part of the project KAFKA: THE INDIVIDUAL IN THE WORK of the Cia. Pau D'arco de Teatro, contemplated by the exchange notice of the Pro-Rectory of Culture and Extension of USP for the show Expresso K, on tour in Eastern Europe, in the cities of Belgrade and Prague. She is currently the director of Azenha de Teatro, where she also works as a playwright and actress in the project “Cidade dos Palcos” (City of Stages) - a stage script created by the Social Tourism Service of SESC and is a Consultant for BrainBridge – Creativity in Human Development , giving training and lectures dedicated to the theme of behavioral skills.
She holds a degree in Communication of Body Arts, with a double major (Theater and Dance) from the Pontifical Catholic University - PUC SP, and scientific initiation in Theater/Dance: Antonin Artaud: relations with Theater and Oriental Dance and Jerzy Grotowski. She has taken courses and workshops with Jan Ferslev, Fátima Toledo, Christian Duurvoort, Luis Monteiro, among others. In theater, her main works are: Project “E A LUTA CONTINUA” with the show “Rosa Vermelha, concerto mínima para vida, obra e morte de Rosa Luxemburgo”, “Laço cor de Rosa” inspired by the book of the same name by the writer Carlos Heitor Cony, adapted and directed by Dulce Muniz, “Dassanta”, text by Solange Dias, directed by Dulce Muniz, “Mestres do Jogo”, text by Viviane Dias, musical direction by Ney Zigma, directed by Ismar Rachmann, “A Latina”, Advisor Francisco Medeiros – 3rd Festival of Comic Scenes – Espaço Parlapatões. He is a Consultant at BrainBridge - Creativity in Human Development and also works as an art educator.

Actress, singer and voice actress trained at Recriarte Actor School, she has performed in several theater shows. She has a specialization in dubbing from Dubrasil, having dubbed films, series and institutional shows. She has training in Flamenco Dance and Oriental Dances, having performed with Grupo Rosa de Alhambra and Grupo Anutsen.
She holds a bachelor's degree in nursing and an MBA in executive management. Since 2012, she has worked as a consultant specializing in healthcare cost management, human resources sizing and operational process mapping.
She is currently a Consultant at BrainBridge - Creativity in Human Development and an actress at Azenha de Teatro and Cia Coexistir de Teatro.
Actor trained at Recriarte Actor School, he has acted in several theater shows, short films and TV programs. He has a degree in Tourism, where he specialized in Outdoor Training and Business Training.
As a teacher, he teaches the subjects Environmental Education, Communication and Business Games. He is currently a Consultant for BrainBridge - Creativity in Human Development and an actor for Azenha de Teatro and Penélope Cia de Teatro.
